TinHiFi T4 - Pure

After the Chinese New Year, I had a little extra money, so I thought about getting myself a new pair of headphones to listen to. Coincidentally, the editor-in-chief of "识听" had an unused Tinhifi T4, so I quickly asked for the price and bought it.

Packaging#

When it arrived, the packaging was a bit dirty, so I won't write about this part. ((
If you're interested, you can check out other reviews. Is there really someone interested in packaging?

Cavity#

Combining elements of aviation design, the T4 embodies a design concept that is light, beautiful, small, and comfortable, creating a unique and fashionable expression —— TinHiFi

Among the various designs of headphone cavities, the T4 stands out with its CNC-machined cavity that resembles an "aircraft engine." The craftsmanship is excellent, and the silver appearance is eye-catching.

Unlike other headphones with a "fitting wearing" design, the T4 has a cylindrical design similar to a "stick plug," which allows for straight insertion wearing (requires cable replacement). However, for users like me with small ear canals, it's a bit discouraging to wear. It requires some force to insert and sometimes even pops out...

In terms of interface, the T4 uses MMCX connectors, which have the advantage of not distinguishing between left and right ears and not worrying about pin breakage. Unfortunately, I don't have any MMCX cables other than the original one in my possession. (Sad)
The interface is colored red and blue for easy user differentiation.

Storage Case#

The leather storage case that comes with the T4 is quite thoughtful, with great attention to detail and aesthetics. It can hold the headphones well, but the only downside is that it's top-heavy, so even if the headphones are inside, opening the case can cause it to tip over...

Cable#

The original cable that comes with the T4 is a transparent silver-plated cable. Unlike the thick and heavy cable that comes with the T5, the T4's cable has a high aesthetic value and looks more lightweight and clean. The cable is slightly stiff, doesn't tangle easily, and the connectors are tight and not prone to detachment.

Sound Quality#

The first impression that the T4 gives me is cleanliness. It doesn't have too much bass or excessive treble. The three frequencies are balanced, as TinHifi positioned this product to be balanced. The vocals sound soft, the soundstage is small but transparent, making it suitable for pop music and ACG. However, for users who enjoy bass-heavy music, the T4's bass may not be enough (.

Conclusion#

TinHifi, as a "returnee" brand that has already built a good reputation overseas, is also performing exceptionally well in the domestic market.

At a price of 699 yuan, TinHifi offers a sincere product - excellent craftsmanship of the cavity, balanced sound, and overall good quality. It is friendly for direct connection with smartphones and can be a transitional choice for beginners.
